Personal Information Collection Statement (PICS)

This Personal Information Collection Statement is made by K1 Recruitment Limited (K1 Recruitment or "we"), in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance ("the Ordinance"). K1 Recruitment makes sure that the data subject will be informed explicitly on or before the collection of his or her personal data: (i) of whether the supply of his or her personal data is voluntary or obligatory; (ii) of the purposes for which the data is to be used and to whom it may be transferred to; (iii) of his or her rights to request access and correct his or her personal data. 

Personal data that we may collect from you includes but is not limited to name, date of birth, email address, contact address, phone number, ID, job title, salary and current employment. If certain personal data is to be used for an obligatory purpose and the individual fails to provide such data, we may not be able to provide the services for which he or she is applying.
